The existing breakfast room was dated and needed to accommodate more guests. The redesign increased seating capacity while creating a brighter, more welcoming environment. 

Bespoke banquette seating was designed with a specialist banqueting supplier to maximise seating without compromising the flow of the room. New lighting, wallpaper and tiled flooring add colour, texture and visual interest. 

A bespoke buffet counter was also designed and made with a joinery company, introducing a dedicated hot buffet area to make breakfast service more efficient for both guests and staff.
